I'm starting with this and not "The Christmas Invasion" because I always meant to do a seperate page for that and i will so that's why it's not here.
Summary:
The Doctor and Rose go far into the future, to New, New York or New, new , new, new, new, new, new ,new ,new ,new ,new ,new ,new , New York.
They are there to go to the hosiptal - run by the Sisters of Plenitude - to anwser a call.
When they are in the hosiptal they get seperated and Rose gets attacked by the newly made Lady Cassandra. The good Lady has planned to go into a pure human body and this just happens to be Rose. She is helped in this by her ever faithful Chip, who is a cloned half life.
The Doctor on the other hand is up in the hosiptal meeting with the mystery caller, who turns out to be the Face of Boe. But there is something wrong in the hosiptal, the technology is too advanced for the Sisters to have and the Doctor gets curious.
When Lady Cassandra - in Rose's body - turns up in the ward the Doctor - not realising it's not Rose - gets her to help find out whats going on.
They find they way into "Intentive Care" which is really a hiuman farm where the Sisters are growing humans to put all the diseases in so they can find cures.
The Doctor is furious about this and when they are found by one of the sisters he asks her how she feels about this and the killing of innocent people for medical science.
He also asks what they have done to Rose at which point Cassandra uncovers herself, knocks him out and puts him into one of the empty disease chambers.
Cassandra trys to bargin with the sisters but they refuse so she releases the "patients" from Intentive Care.
Now with disease carriers on the lose Cassandra, Chip and The Doctor have to find a way to stop them!
The Doctor and Cassandra mange to get back to one of the wards with a few problems onthe way *cough cough*.
With the medicine in the ward the Doctor makes a cure for the disease carriers and cures them all.
Then he orders Cassandra out of Rose. She does this but goes into Chip and finds that she is dying, but now she's ready.
The Doctor takes her to a party that she remembers from her youth where she tells herself that she is beautiful before dying in her own arms.
Episode 2: Tooth and Claw
Probably one of the best episode of the series "Tooth and Claw" is diffinately in my top 5 Doctor Who episodes. I have said "the lord" all the way through this because I can't remember his name if some one would like to tell me his name I would be very grateful and will change it in the summary.
Summary:
The Doctor and Rose land in the 18th Century when they were meant to be in the era of Punk - the 60's!
They end up being in the path of Queen Victoria and get invited to accompany her to TORCHWOOD House, where she is staying the night. But not all is well at Torchwood. The manor has been seised by a brotherhood of priest who have brought a beast that is intended to kill the Queen. The family and staff are locked in the cellar with the beast, all apart from the lord of the manor who has been forced to insnare the Queen.
They are taken to look at a teliscope which doesn't seem to work. The lord tells them of the legend of the werewolf and of the brotherhood.
Mean while Rose has gone to change but she finds a frightend maid in the wardrobe who tells her about the raid on the house. They try to tell the others but a captured by the brotherhood and put in the cellar with others.
The Doctor realises that the story isn't just a story and as the full moon rises he, the Queen, the Lord and the head of the Queen's guards escape.
Rose manges to free the people in the cellar and just in time as the beast is transformed into it's true wolf form.
The men and soldiers try to stop it but can't but pay the Doctor and his companions some time.
They get to a room that seems safe. The Doctor realises this is because mislitoe has been worked into the wood.
The Queen asks that if she is killed that the diamond that she is carrying with her be saved. It is the Koh-i-nor!
Looking through the books in the room the doctor finds the way to stop the wolf. But just as they think they are going to escape the wolf appears on the roof above them and crashe in.
they run to the teliscope but the lord says that he will guard the door from the wolf and stop it getting in.
The Doctor and Rose work fast and only just get the teliscope into perision when the wolf bursts into the room having devoered the lord.
The Doctor throws the kor-i-nor into the beam of moon light that teliscope has created and it hits the wolf destroying it but not before in cuts the Queen.
For they servises the Queen knights the Doctor and Rose but then bans them from her empire because of their involvement with the supernatural. This is the being of Torchwood instute!
Episode 3: School Reunion
School Reunion was the first of the Doctor Who Episode to make me cry. So very sad I know but still.
Summary:
The Doctor and Rose have been tipped off by Mikey about alien activity at a local school.
While Rose is working in the kitchens the Doctor is teaching. But he is in for a surprise.
One break time in the staff room he is introducted to one Miss SARAH-JANE SMITH.
Rose in the kitchen sees the dinner ladies carefully bring in vats of some oil but one of the ladies gets it on her and it sarts to burn her. Rose starts to call for an ambulance but is told that it's fine at which point the dinner lady screams and smoke fills the room.
That night both the Doctor and Sarah-Jane break into the school to find out what's going on. As Rose and Mikey look round the rest of the school the Doctor finds Sarah-Jane at the Tardis when she realise who he is.
The Doctor introductes Sarah-Jane to Rose and Mikey at which point tention builds up between Rose and SJ.
They get into the Headmaster's - Mr Finch - office and find that 13 of the staff are big bat people.
they run from the school and SJ shows the Doctor an old friend. K-9!!
They go to a cafe in the city where Rose and Mikey get chips and the Doctor and SJ catch up, while fixing K-9.
Some K-9 is fixed and the Doctor uses him to find out what the oil from the kitchens is. It is Krylitain oil.
Outside they are attacked by one of the krylitains from the school.
With oil the Doctor realises that they are using it to make the children in the school smarter but he can't think why.
Back at the school the next the doctor meets with Mr Finch and ask him what he's doing. He says that The Doctor will know soon and then he will join them.
Mean while Rose and SJ are putting their differences aside are talking about what it's like being with the Doctor as the try to open up the computers which the children use.
The Doctor comes into the home as the children start the program. It is a code that will unlock the universe. the Doctor realises that the children are being used to unlock it that's why they are being made smarter and that'swhy the krylitains are using kids because they need imagation to crake the code.
Mr Finch trys to persude the doctor to join them by tempting him with the power that will bring back the timelords, bu SJ shows him that this isn't right and he has to move on.
The Doctor destroys the computer screens in the room and they run to the save the children.
